Our Tech Team

The Tech, Data, and Product team comprises 70+ people from diverse backgrounds, working in our offices in Nantes, Paris, and Barcelona. Our products are developed thanks to six autonomous product Teams, each working on a specific business domain. The teams are led by a Product Manager and Engineer manager working with a dedicated small team of developers (from 4 to 8).

This position is open in the Catalogue Management Team. The missions of the team are :
- Enable seamless import of product catalogues from various sources (e.g., CSV, XML, API from PIMs, ERPs, e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento).
- Standardize disparate catalogue formats into a unified internal structure.
- Provide tools for our customers to optimize their catalogue for their targets (Marketing channels, marketplaces, different localisations...)
- Leverage new technologies and innovations, such as AI and machine learning, to enrich product data with additional information (e.g., brand, color, GTINs, images)
- Ensure performance and reliability of catalogue processing pipelines, to manage catalogues ranging from hundreds to millions of SKUs.
- Lead the fastpublishing project into the Calatlogue Management domain. The aim of fastpublishing is to accelerate catalogue updates thanks to a change in paradigm : moving from a batch apporaoch to an API first even-driven approach

Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership : Manage, mentor, and motivate a small team of engineers (4 to 8) to achieve their best performance.
- Technical Guidance : Provide architectural and design leadership, ensuring technical excellence and scalability.
- Hands-on senior software engineering, you are also able to code part of your time (20%)
- Project Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are on time and within scope.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and QA, to define and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Recruitment & Retention : Identify hiring needs, participate in recruiting efforts, and foster a culture that attracts and retains top talent.
- Continuous improvements & process optimization : Implement and refine engineering processes, tools, and best practices to enhance productivity and quality.
- Stakeholder Communication : Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to leadership and stakeholders.
- Team roadmap : in collaboration with your Team Product Manager, you will build the quarterly roadmap of the team
